The System Of Strength was formed through many years of personal experience & client results.  We believe in fitness and mindset development through physical application. By applying the correct mindset via physical activity you build confidence, resilience self worth and true personal growth.

The body also develops an athletic physique that most aspire to attain, but more importantly this will be as a by product of  hard work and TRUE mindset development.

We believe life is like a Burpee and in its rawest form represents the SoS perfectly.

‘It's not about how many times you get knocked down that count, its how many times you get back up.

We believe in building Resilience through physical exercise & self awareness so it can be utilized as a transferable skill to enhance our everyday life. Health, happiness & self love are key.

Remember fitness is a ‘FEELING’ above all else.

MEET
BEN ALDRIDGE

Ben's passion for sport, health and fitness started at an early age when he was introduced to Japanese Jujitsu at the age of eight by his father and then kickboxing. 

 

This was the start of a journey that would include participating and competing in Martial Arts, Crossfit, Weightlifting and Athletics and which ultimately instilled in him the dedication, determination and desire to succeed that we see in him today.

 

His love for Fitness lead him to travel the World, where he spent a significant amount of time living and training in camps across Thailand and Australia.

 

Upon returning to the UK he decided that he was finally ready to take off his travelling shoes and turn his passion for health, fitness and sport into a career he could love be proud of that would also enable him to share his knowledge, unrivalled passion and experience with the masses,



Ben is an experienced and qualified NLP Practitioner and now focuses and encourages a “whole person” approach to his training, believing that mindset training and coaching is imperative to any physical training programme. 

 

This coach lives and breaths health, fitness and mindset and leads from the front and by example ….

THE FITNESS INDUSTRY HAVE IT SO WRONG !

I believe Fitness is a Feeling not a physique! There is so much focus around aesthetics within the fitness industry to the point where PT's and trainers create plans that are unsustainable for athletes, let alone the average man and woman. I also noticed from my years within fitness, those on a lot of these plans were never truly happy. This is why I designed The System of Strength, it's all about creating your own results, at your own pace and most importantly being happy and having a sustainable routine! All this is utilising the 7 Systems I've created over my years changing the lives, physiques and mental wellbeing of thousands of clients!

We have our very own unique term for these creations of Physical Health & Internal Transformations!
